This hotel is as near to perfect as you can get. The accommodation, facilities,
parking, outdoor pool/lake area…food & staff. Everyone on the staff goes out of their way to be helpful and kind, making sure your holiday is the best. My husband speaks limited Italian and I speak limited German. All the staff that could spoke to us in English. We felt so welcome and happy. The family owners are always around checking that everything is as it should be, and will advise on anything from where the best walks are (my husband recently had a stroke so they found us lots of level walking with amazing views that we would have missed) to the best seats to have at the Verona opera !
I’m glad the hotel doesn’t have 5 star rating because then we wouldn’t be able to afford it. But surely if any hotel deserved it…this one does.
We will be returning for our main holiday again next year….
